Gilroy Gardens Family Theme Park

Come to a place where children's imaginations are nurtured instead of pruned, where boredom is banned, and the incredible, the absurd, and the beautiful grow alongside one another. Gilroy Gardens, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is California's only horticultural theme park designed for families with young children and garden lovers featuring 21 rides, 27 attractions, 6 majestic gardens and the world famous Circus Trees. Attractions are designed to educate guests and foster a greater appreciation of the natural world and man's ability to shape it. Located in Gilroy, California.

Roaring Camp Railroads

See California's towering redwood trees from two historic railroads. Ride steam trains to Bear Mountain or Beach Trains to Santa Cruz. Visit a 1880s logging town located in the Santa Cruz Mountains of California. Between San Francisco and Monterey Bay in Felton.

Winchester Mystery House

In 1884, a wealthy widow named Sarah L. Winchester began a construction project of such magnitude that it was to occupy the lives of carpenters and craftsmen until her death thirty-eight years later. The 160-room Victorian mansion, designed and built by the Winchester Rifle heiress, is filled with so many unexplained oddities, that it has come to be known as the Winchester Mystery House. From rambling roofs and exquisite hand inlaid parquet floors to the gold and silver chandeliers and Tiffany art glass windows, you will be impressed by the staggering amount of creativity, energy, and expense poured into each and every detail. Located in San Jose, the capital of Silicon Valley, the Winchester Mystery House is just a short drive south of San Francisco, or north of the beautiful Monterey Peninsula. Guided tours of the mansion are daily, except Christmas Day.
